Product has long lasting effects. The thing I can't stand is the taste. When mixed properly it is so sour. This product also does not devolve very well. There is always granules that settle to the bottom no matter how much shaking you do.
The blue shark flavour is by far the best tasting pre-workout I've ever bought. Amazing focus, pump and energy. Gives me explosive diarrhea but completely worth it! Will definitely buy again!
Felt good solid sustained energy
This is definitely the best pre -work out there is . Has the full dosages for all the ingredients and it tastes amazing too. Only wish that it would go on the Buy One Get One Free deal that would make it even better!!
1 full scoop 16oz of water plus an additional scoop of nitric pump 13mg And I was off to the races!! This pre-workout is for real and you'll be wired for sound!!
I tried a full scoop today and oooooo weeeeee, this stuff is strong. Energy and focus through the roof, a great pump, and I could feel a very intense tingling from the beta alanine. For me this pre-workout hits all the spots! I got the blue sharks flavor and it does taste a bit like candy but let's be honest, hiding 10g of citrulline malate is hard so I'll just say the flavor is definitely tolerable and goes down easy. I will be returning for more, there is no doubt about it.
Great taste got the grape slice flavor awesome focus and pump also!!! Hands down my favorite pre workout!!
