Ingredients (1 large bowl)

- 5–6 oz (150–170 g) chicken breast, sliced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp cumin
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Juice of ½ lemon
For the base:
- ½ cup cooked quinoa or brown rice
- 1 cup romaine or mixed greens
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup cucumber, diced
- 2 tbsp red onion, thinly sliced
Protein tzatziki sauce:
- ½ cup Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt
- 1 scoop Iso Whey Vanilla Cake
- ¼ cup grated cucumber (squeezed dry)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Season the chicken:
Toss sliced chicken with olive oil, oregano, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. - Cook the chicken:
Heat a skillet over medium-high and cook chicken for 5–7 minutes, until fully cooked and slightly golden. - Prepare the tzatziki:
In a bowl, mix yogurt, protein powder, grated cucumber, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy. - Assemble the bowl:
Add quinoa or rice as the base, then layer greens, tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
