  • 3 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • ¼ cup water or coconut water
  • 1 scoop High Whey Vanilla Cake

 

 

Preparation

 

1. Blend the base

Add frozen mango, honey, lime juice, and water to a high-speed blender or food processor.

Blend until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.

 

2. Incorporate protein powder

Add the protein powder and blend again until fully combined and smooth.

If the mixture is too thick, add a small amount of water (1–2 tbsp at a time) until desired consistency is reached.

 

3. Adjust texture

  • For a soft-serve consistency, serve immediately.
  • For a firmer sorbet, transfer to a container and freeze for 1–2 hours, then scoop.

 

4. Serve

Scoop into bowls and optionally garnish with fresh mango, mint leaves, or a squeeze of lime.
