First off there are 2 websites. One canadian one usa. I got on the usa site and had the product in 4 days. So watch out for that. Honestly pretty legit. I was using ghost and looking for a cheaper alternative. As mentioned somewhere else this stuff is heavy. I fit the entire 10 pounds into a little over 2 ghost containers that are supposed to hold 2.2 pounds. It also has a smaller scoop but basically the same weight per scoop so it checks out. Tastes good. Dissolves good. No complaints. Similar nutrition values to ghost as well. Couple less carbs little more fat about the only difference. And like 5 or 10 more calories. I've had several shakes now and don't regret my decision to try this. About 8.50 a pound instead of 16 dollars a pound.
