This is hands down, bar none THE strongest and best pre workout formula I've ever tried! Trust me, I've tried many! My tolerance of pre-workout formulas is very high. Using other pre-workouts I would often have to double or even triple the recommended dose to get any effects. Not with this stuff! Never tried prework out before but helps keep the focus and to power through during a work out. Good product and great taste. Love the bcaa in this brand too. They are the best I've had.
