As a dietary supplement, brew 1 scoop (15g) in 250-275ml of water. Do not exceed 2 scoops within a 24-hour period. Suggested methods of brewing:
French Press: Pour one scoop of coffee, add hot water – not quite boiling – into the pot, and gently stir. Place the plunger just on the top of the pot over the water and ground coffee and let it sit 2-3 minutes then gently press down the plunger and serve the coffee hot or let it cool and serve cold.
Pour Over Coffee Maker: Place a filter over your Pour Over or Drip Coffee Maker. Pour one scoop of coffee. Boil the water. Pour the hot water on the coffee evenly and slowly. Remove filter and serve coffee hot or let it cool and serve cold.
Filter Coffee Maker: Brew coffee in your filter Coffee Maker using the the instructions from the manufacturer with our recommended dose.
