It is a really great product and it has a really good taste! The only thing I would suggest is to change the scoop to the actual size needed instead of measuring out a half scoop!

First of all I got the protein powder from revolution brand it was smooth goes well with Water milk or anything. So I bought again but ordered for more and I got TNT for free. Sour cherry to be specific. I do intermittent fasting regularly and usually I will have to breakfast fast prior to workout but after having TNT into my routine I don’t need to break the fast plus I do my best in lifting. I can say it’s even better than a regular coffee. I know it has good amount of caffeine but I never broken down in between workout, it gives me unlimited energy. I am not sure if it has some calories in it and I assume it as 0 or less than 50 kcal… still it’s considered to be fasting if we consume less than 50 kcal in between fasting We definitely buy i again I recommend chocolate cake and vanilla cake flavoured protein powder along with the TNT as a pre workout Must try
Tastes exactly like sour cherries and gives me a lot of energy to work out. I last longer, boosts my mood, I always look forward to working out after drinking this!

I love this pre. It tastes amazing, is a compact serving so it mixes in water really well and is amazing to workout with. The only reason I am giving 4 stars and not 5 is that my favourite flavour, the Banana Pop, is almost NEVER available!! Wish this one was stocked more.
