I am IN LOVE with the peach flavour! One thing I've had to drop as I'm getting into health and fitness is my addiction to sweets. Let me tell you, this somehow tastes EXACTLY like peach candies! If you are someone who is easily bothered by things being too sweet, you may need to add a bit more water than is called for in the instructions. For lovers of sweets like me, this feels heaven sent! This is excellent mid boxing. I sweat a huge amount and Thai stuff keeps my muscles moving.
Promotes a better build as opposed to protein powders, gives a much better ratio of BCAA'S that promote energy recovery. I use 15g of EAA powder with 1.5g of creatine in 32 oz of fluid, much better for my workouts.
