After my running session I drink high whey to recover all the torn muscle tissue. It works and it tastes great. Price is good too.
Did seem like there was not a lot of talk about the lemon merigue pie high whey and I decided to add it to my order on a buy one get one free promotion. I think this is delicious and super refreshing. Very summery!
