Ok so this is what happend. I was training with my boyfriend and I was drinking water and he was drinking his Bull dose as we started to workout. By accident I took his shaker and started drinking it and said my god this peach tastes amazing And then he told me that’s not water that’s my pre-workout. I never knew pre-work out would taste so great. And then a couple of moments later I noticed something was a little different I was focussed into my task at hand the power the energy the push was just spot on crazy. This is my story !!
