I have a really active and busy lifestyle, being a mom, going to work, working out and everything else it's just crazy. let alone remembering to make myself a protein shake hahaha so this drink really comes to help on those hectic days when you have no time for yourself. well, I just got my order. it's a descent protein drink. can be a good choice every once in a while after work out. but the flavor and sweetness is not of my likings. this is too sweet
ok I have to admit this is my third time ordering these, the candy like flavor is really addictive. when you know it's all guilt free you'd be like why not!!! order some more!! hahahaha
I wish the flavors were more diverse, I am not really into candy flavors. But it does its thing, just not my type of drink
