Very effective. Nice to receive 25g of protein after exercising. I love bodybuilding and this is the best for someone to get to what they are looking for without compromising the lifestyle. The macros are good. It is easy to digest and fun to drink. Great protein

Hi, I purchased two high whey 6 lb last week and they arrived 3 days later at my house. I tried the protein and it is good. Vanilla cake is very good and so is chocolate cake. I will not buy other brands because it's a hit or miss and I don't want to pay a fortune anyway when I can get the best one at a value size like high whey.
