Honestly, I’m only beginning my fitness journey after decades of neglect, but this has given me the protein I had been lacking in my diet. The flavor is amazing too (I got the banana) I will be buying more as I continue working out and getting more fit.
Have tried a few flavours now and all have been good. My go to is always chocolate and krispy marshmallow!
