I love this protein, it helps me hit my macros and leaves me feeling strong and full for my workouts. It’s a versatile protein that tastes good while isn’t full of artificial sweeteners. I either mix it with water, put in a smoothie or mix it with my oats - delicious!

Mixes very well. actually you can use very little liquid if you screwed up and took too much water before your protein shake. Taste is amazing doesn't matter the flavours. They are all great
