I replace heavy meals with high whey. Makes me feel better and more energetic.
I usually mix it with milk and it mixes well. Overall I'm happy with the company - fast shipping too..

I came to know recently about this protein.I saw the reviews also good. I thought to give a try on S'mores flavored protein. For a different kind of flavored protein it tasted quite good! It is fairly priced. I don't see a reason why not buying it. Lots of other flavors to choose from.
