I am really enjoying this product. I got gummy bears and it really tastes just like gummy bears. I use it in the morning and have noticed a difference in my energy levels through the day. Cannot speak for sure if its helps with weight loss. I have bern losing weight but have been working hard for it, this has possibly been assisting.
