Ingredients (makes 6 donuts)

- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a donut pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, and pumpkin spice.
- In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin purée, eggs, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
- Slowly fold wet ingredients into the dry mixture until smooth. Stir in pecans or chocolate chips if using.
- Spoon batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity about ¾ full.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly before adding glaze. To make glaze, whisk together Greek yogurt, protein powder, and maple syrup, then drizzle over donuts.
