Ingredients

 

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 scoop High Whey Vanilla Cake 
  • 1/2 cup cold coconut water (or regular water)
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional, for extra slushiness)
  • Sweetener to taste (stevia, honey, or agave – optional)
