Ingredients (8–10 servings)

 

  • 200 g lactose-free cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup lactose-free shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup Greek-style lactose-free yogurt or dairy-free alternative
  • 2 tbsp High Whey Vanilla 
  • 5–6 strips bacon, cooked until crispy and chopped
  • ⅓ cup unsalted pistachios, finely chopped
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika (optional, but highly recommended)
  • Salt to taste
  • Optional garnish: extra pistachios, bacon bits, fresh chives

 

 

Preparation 

 

  1. Cook the bacon until crispy, then place on paper towel and chop once cooled.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and yogurt until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the protein powder and mix well until fully incorporated (no lumps).
  4. Stir in cheddar cheese, garlic, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
  5. Fold in bacon and pistachios, reserving a small amount for topping.
