HOW TO TAKE
Recommended Dose: For the loading phase, take 3 teaspoons (15 grams) daily for 5-7 days.

I have been ordering from revolution for over 2 years now and I will not risk trying another brand. Nothing worse than buying an unknown protein powder and it tastes horrible, because you have to force yourself yo drink it. I usually buy the vanilla cake or strawberry shortcake protein and the creatine from revolution. Both of these proteins are consistent and taste great. The creatine has no taste, mixes well and one of the best money values I have found. this creatine has no flavor and mixes great in shakes or smoothies. that's how I take it. I have just started taking it so it's early for a comment on the results. I will update my review in a couple of months.
