Not many know about carnitine and the numerous benefits of it. Its a thermogenic amino acid ingerdient that boosts the metabolism to work efficiently and assist in fat burn and muscle gain as it adds energy to the workouts. Underrated ingredient to rookies for sure

One of the best ingredients for muscle recovery. Usually carnitine is not pleasant to the taste but in the carnitine cooler you can barely taste carnitine
This is by far my favorite fat-burner. I have used it with excellent results for my last two competition preps. It tastes amazing, it's a nice tiny scoop, and I even dry scoop it sometimes. This has become a staple in my supplements cupboard. The combination of L-Carnitine and CLA is perfect, and I formerly was taking L-Carnitine in pure powder form -yuck, and CLA in pill form, but my stomach was never happy. With the Carnatine Cooler, I have no issues, and I love it!

Looks like they've added CLA. I just ordered up to try that mix. The previous mix was definately good and the blue shark was a fun flavour.
I no longer need to have a coffee in the morning after a long night with my 4 kids! I have the energy to keep up with everyone and still get my workout in! It also tastes really good!
