I have been taking the High Whey powder for months now without complaints, helps me reach my daily protein intake after coming back home from an exhausting day at work. Highly recommend this in the Vanilla Cake flavour!
I always buy the Churros and Chocolate Banana, such outstanding flavours, mix those bad boys with some almond milk and it tastes amazing. I would avoid taking too much in one serving though as nearly 50% of the time I went over 1 scoop I would have small stomach aches.
I’ve have bought the Mint Ice Cream, Churros and I’m going to try the Vanilla Cale and S’mores next as I just got it in the mail. In my own experience, Churros is amazing! Tasted exactly like a churro (cinnamon and sugar flavour) except in a milk shake form. About 60-70% of the time I couldn’t do 2 scoops whether it be 1 before and 1 after or 2 scoops after a workout, because it gave me diarrhea, and a slight stomach ache, so my solution was to only do 1 scoop, 30 mins after a workout but drank it slowly which worked perfectly! For the Mint Ice cream, I personally kinda got little sick of it after a week or so even though it tasted exactly like melted mint ice cream. it gave me bad stomach aches and diarrhea, my only solution to that is that I can only have 1 scoop, 40 mins after a workout and a carb 15 after a workout, I just used a slice whole wheat bread. This only worked 70-80% of the time. Overall, it’s a good affordable protein that tasted exactly like it says. Experiment with this protein on how it reacts with your body. If you got the same issue that I got, try my solutions and see if it works for you! Also, keep in mind that I’m not really lactose intolerant.
Got this during the Black Friday sale, purchased 2 tubs of Vanilla Cake and it is sooooo delicious. Helps me meet my protein intake and makes me feel satisfied when I mix with cashew milk. Such an awesome blend, keep it up!
