  • ½ cup natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • ⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 scoop High Whey Vanilla Cake
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
