Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies 


 

Ingredients (10–12 cookies)

 

  • 1 cup oat flour (or blended oats)
  • 1 scoop High Whey Vanilla Cake
  • ¼ cup almond butter or peanut butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • ⅓ cup dark chocolate chips

 

 

Preparation

 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix almond butter, maple syrup, egg, almond milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Add oat flour, protein powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir until a dough forms.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Scoop dough onto baking tray and gently flatten.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until edges are set but centers are soft.
  7. Let cool on the tray for 5 minutes before transferring.
