Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
Ingredients (6–8 servings)
- 1 can (15 oz / 425 g) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup roasted red peppers (jarred or homemade)
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 scoop Unflavored Protein powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp cumin
- Salt to taste
- 2–4 tbsp water (as needed for texture)
Preparation
- Add all ingredients to a food processor.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
- Add water gradually until desired consistency is reached.
- Taste and adjust salt or lemon juice if needed.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
