Ingredients

 

  • Rolled oats – 1 cup 
  • Whey Protein – 1 scoop of Krispy Marshmallow flavor or any flavor of your preference
  • Milk – 1 cup (unsweetened milk, almond or low-fat)
  • Chia seeds – 1 tablespoon 
  • Vanilla extract – ½ teaspoon 
  • Optional toppings – Fresh fruits, nuts, a drizzle of honey or maple syrup

 

 

Instructions
