These no-bake chocolate protein crackles are crunchy, chocolatey, and packed with gains. Perfect as a post-workout snack or a guilt-free dessert.

Ingredients (Makes ~10 crackles)

 

  • 1 cup puffed rice cereal
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (or sugar-free chocolate)
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
  • 1/2 cup High Whey Vanilla Cake 
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional for sweetness)
  • Pinch of sea salt

 

 

Preparation

 

  1. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a saucepan over low heat or microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring in between.
  2. Stir in almond butter, cocoa powder, maple syrup (if using), and protein powder until smooth.
  3. Add the puffed rice cereal and fold until evenly coated with the chocolate mixture.
  4. Spoon the mixture into muffin liners or a silicone tray.
  5. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour until set.
