Ingredients

 

For the Chicken:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

 

For the Sauce:

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (lactose-free if needed)
  • 1 scoop Unflavored Whey Isolate
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika
  • Water or milk (to thin out, if necessary)

 

For the Bowl:

  • 1 cup cooked brown rice or quinoa
  • ½ red bell pepper, sliced
  • ½ green bell pepper, sliced
  • ½ small red onion, sliced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
